Lung Fu Shan Country Park

Established on December 18, 1998, Lung Fu Shan Country Park covers approximately 47 hectares, making it the smallest country park in Hong Kong. Due to its close proximity to The University of Hong Kong and the residential areas of the Mid-levels, it is a popular destination for morning walkers and nature enthusiasts. A major highlight of the park is the historical Pinewood Battery, a coastal defense outpost completed in 1905. Today, the ruins of the battery are part of a heritage trail. The park also boasts diverse ecosystems, serving as a peaceful green escape from the bustling city with rich birdlife and native flora.
