NRG Taekwondo Korea (Ma On Shan)
馬鞍山鞍駿街15號雅濤居1樓26號舖 (Shop 26, 1/F, The Waterside, 15 On Chun Street, Ma On Shan)Founded in 2006, NRG Taekwondo Korea teaches authentic Taekwondo led by native Korean masters, with branches across Hong Kong. The Ma On Shan centre runs age-grouped children's classes (3–5, 6–10 and 11+), building strength, confidence, focus and courtesy. Students take regular belt gradings and black belt ceremonies, and can join poomsae and speed-kicking competitions at the annual NRG Championship.
