Pat Sin Leng Country Park
Pat Sin LengPat Sin Leng Country Park, established in 1978 and covering over 3,125 hectares in the northeastern New Territories, is renowned for its rugged, scenic mountain terrain. It is named after the "Pat Sin Leng" (Ridge of the Eight Immortals) mountain range, which features eight distinct peaks said to represent the Eight Immortals of Chinese mythology. The highest point is Shun Yeung Fung, at 590 meters. The park hosts challenging sections of the Wilson Trail and is popular for its beautiful reservoirs, including Hok Tau Reservoir and Lau Shui Heung Reservoir, the latter being especially famous for its picturesque bald cypress trees.
