Penfold Park

Penfold Park, opened in 1979 and managed by The Hong Kong Jockey Club, is located in the infield of the Sha Tin Racecourse, covering over 20 acres. It features expansive lawns, tree-lined paths, and artificial lakes, serving as an urban oasis and a habitat for wild birds such as egrets. The park is well-known for being pet-friendly, offering dedicated facilities for dog owners to enjoy a walk with their pets. Additionally, it hosts Pony World, which provides educational activities related to equestrianism.
